Since its inception in 2007, WeValue Consulting has supported its clients face some serious global & regional financial challenges. Revenue Based

We prefer our engagement with a customer to be a partnership. We support businesses looking for growth through geo-expansion & provide the same using our extensive connectivity across various regions. The remuneration package rewards us through Revenue Share in perpetuity for delivering strategic partnerships & enterprise level sales contracts, however this model is limited to Select Multinational customers.

Equity Based

Our most successful model is KPI Based Sweat. We are best motivated in developing a business strategy & then delivering the agreed KPI’s in partnership with the customer to draw the desired value for the business at every stage of its growth. We have delivered assignments & accepted start-up advisories based on a stake in the business and a percentage of revenue where a client either lacks sufficient cash flow or both parties see value in the long term relationship beyond being an advisory.

Fee Based

We do accept assignments with large Government or Publicly listed international clients where we may need to consider a base fee to cover the time investment plus all direct pre-agreed expenses, however this model too is limited to select customers.
